造價過六百萬新元的“財富之泉”，位于新達城中央，由四只高達13.8米的巨大的青銅支柱供立一個直徑21米的青銅圓環而成。整個噴泉占地1683.07米。設計取意于佛教和印度教的曼荼羅思想，以巨環的壇場象征完整與圓滿，為無盡的力量源泉。作為新加坡的重要標志，新達城的“財富之泉”也是該片區的核心建筑，周圍大廈林立，引人注目。根據風水學理論，新達城防衛極佳，有利于聚財。而財富之泉的流動泉水負離子能散發出強烈的能量，會讓人感覺身心安泰。
1998年，財富之泉作為最大的噴泉，登山吉尼斯世界大全。此后這個青銅建筑逐漸成為人潮涌動的旅游勝地。不少異地情侶和游人結伴到這里，觀賞美妙的音樂噴泉和光怪陸離的噴泉激光表演。
